Junagarh Road, Bikaner · Rajasthan
Rajwada Bhujia Co. hand-rolls Bikaner's original moth-dal bhujia in small batches — pure chana besan, cold-pressed mustard oil, and a family seasoning kept unchanged since 1958.
Our Heritage
Every jar of Rajwada Bhujia still follows the same brass-kadhai method Bhanwarlal Ji started behind Kote Gate — nothing shortcut, nothing outsourced.
Bhanwarlal Ji begins hand-rolling bhujia on a single brass kadhai near Bikaner's old Kote Gate market, selling fresh batches to neighbours by evening.
The family opens its first proper shopfront near Rani Bazaar. Roasting starts before sunrise so every batch reaches the counter still warm.
Recipes are tightened, the mustard-oil roasting temperature is standardised, and airtight tins replace loose paper packets to lock in freshness.
Rajwada Bhujia now reaches homes well beyond Rajasthan — shipped fresh, ordered on WhatsApp, but rolled by hand exactly as it always was.
The Bhujia Range
Every variety starts from the same coarse besan dough — only the seasoning, and the story, changes.
The original. Coarse moth-dal strands, roasted red chilli and a pinch of asafoetida.
Bold roasted garlic worked straight into the besan dough for a sharper, punchier bite.
Fresh spinach folded into the dough for a milder, earthier crunch the kids love too.
All the crunch, roasted instead of fried — for the guilt-free snacker in the family.
Bhujia's cousin — whole moth dal, peanuts, curry leaf and a dash of dry mango powder.
Why Rajwada
Four things we've never compromised on — even as the recipe travelled beyond Rajasthan.
Every batch is rolled by hand in small quantities — never mass-extruded on a machine line.
Roasted the traditional Marwari way in cold-pressed mustard oil, never refined vegetable oil.
Packed fresh and meant to be eaten fresh, in airtight tins — with nothing artificial added.
Moth dal and besan sourced directly from local Rajasthani farms, batch by batch.

"Ordered on WhatsApp before a family function — reached in two days, still crunchy, and the tin kept it fresh for weeks."
"The baked diet bhujia is the first 'healthy' namkeen my father has actually finished a whole tin of. Reordering monthly now."
